Charlotte completed her LLB Law undergraduate degree at the University of Kent before advancing her legal education at the University of Law in London where she achieved a distinction on the Legal Practice Course with a combined Master’s degree.

In December 2021, Charlotte joined Shelley and Co as a trainee solicitor, where she acquired substantial experience in criminal law, developing a deep understanding of the legal processes and complexities involved. Her exposure to a wide range of criminal matters has honed her ability to provide strategic advice, advocate vigorously for her clients and manage cases with a high level of proficiency.

Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in June 2023 and further distinguished herself by obtaining her Higher Rights of Audience in May 2024. Charlotte represents clients at the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court, and the Court of Appeal providing them with robust legal representation.

Charlotte has a deep-rooted passion for advocacy, driven by her commitment to ensuring that every individual has access to fair representation and justice.
