Rosa Diss
Trainee Solicitor
Rosa is a Trainee Solicitor at Shelley & Co, joining the firm in October 2025 after successfully completing her degree in Law and Criminology at Cardiff university.
During her time at law school, Rosa worked with the Innocence Project where she assisted in reviewing case files, advising on legal issues, and identifying new evidence in cases involving defendants believed to have been wrongfully convicted. This experience confirmed her long-standing ambition to pursue a career in criminal law and strengthened her commitment to fairness and justice within the legal system.
At Shelley & Co, Rosa is involved in taking new client enquiries, assisting with case preparation and ensuring that files and clients are kept up to date throughout the proceedings. She is known for her thorough approach and dedication to supporting both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Rosa enjoys baking and reading.
